HOW ART THERAPY WORKS
Art Therapy is generally used to support and compliment your health care plan. It forms part of a holistic approach in self care and provides a physical and mental outlet for participants.
Every Art Therapy session is unique and can take many different approaches and art mediums, as it is tailored to a specific audience. Art Therapy can be delivered as individual sessions or as a group and seeks to facilitate therapy that works toward pre-determined outcomes and goals.
