PRUE TEACHING YOGA
As an art therapist I wanted to expand and develop my skills that would be complementary to my holistic approach with my clients and promote positive wellbeing. I was fortunate to engage in yoga about 12 months before covid and experienced first hand the physical, mental and spiritual benefits yoga offers. While I develop my skills and experience teaching yoga, I thought it would be a great opportunity to offer community classes at The Base Health on Friday mornings. Full disclosure though I LOVE TO LAUGH and more than likely my classes will be taught with plenty of giggles, mis directions and with a sense of play! Namaste
